Regenyx – Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. Please read the following carefully before making your purchase.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products — all of which are consumable health and wellness supplements — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. This policy is in place to protect the integrity and safety of every product that reaches our customers.

We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage information carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about whether a product is right for you, please reach out before you buy.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take quality control seriously. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@regenyx-life.com with the following:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Photos of the item and packaging

We will review your case promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@regenyx-life.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
